Mobility Switch guides your organisation through the transition, so people understand, accept and actually use the new options.

Why change management is crucial

Mobility projects rarely fail on strategy or technology; they fail on the human factor. A company car is about more than transport: it stands for status, freedom and comfort. Whether you are moving from a free budget to a restricted choice of vehicles, switching to electric or bringing in a new provider such as an outsourced fleet managment partner, every change touches people. Drivers worry about range and charging, employees wonder what an alternative means for their commute and their income, and managers face questions they can’t answer. If people aren’t involved in time, resistance grows, uptake stays low and old habits persist.

What you gain

Effective change management makes the difference between a difficult roll-out and a successful transition.

  • Support: employees and managers understand the why and back the change
  • Faster adoption: fewer delays, objections and exceptions
  • Real behaviour change: electric cars charged smartly, and alternatives actually used
  • Retention: no talent lost through poorly explained changes
  • Lasting results: new habits that become part of your culture

Our approach

We start with stakeholder mapping and an impact analysis: who is affected, how, and what matters to them. We build a change plan covering communication, employee involvement (including works councils where relevant) and training. We organise information sessions, train internal change champions and provide practical tools such as choice guides, cost calculators, EV and charging guides and user manuals. During the roll-out, we monitor adoption, gather feedback and adjust where needed.

Why Mobility Switch

We combine deep fleet and mobility expertise with professional coaching. Our founder is a certified business coach (University of Cambridge, 2024) and has guided fleet transitions across many countries and cultures. We work in Dutch, English, French and German, so we can engage your people in their own language. Together we know more, and that includes your employees.
